• Design of Perimeter concrete wall panel with panel elevation
• Roof bracing stability - Design of Canopies
• Lintel & Fascia Truss for proposed Window and Door openings
• Steel Stair to Office
• Blockwork/Timber/Concrete Retaining wall
• Car wash / Truck wash design
• Provision for Recessed Loading Bay
• Detail Structural specifications
• Appropriate angle of repose details to adjacent footing and easement
• Documentation of required structural connections & details
• Structural specifications eg. Concrete, steel, etc.

Work Terms

Negotiation, transfer payment 2 times, 50% and 100%.
