🔵 How do I work?
Workflow automation can be overwhelming. My job is to make it easier for you and for your team. I worked with many different businesses selling different products and services. I have a clear understanding of the need for a business to run smooth operations and I have a solid experience to make it happen. Here's my working process:
1️⃣ Project scoping
I will consult you to understand how your company is organized in term of processes and which softwares you are using. We will discuss about the goal of your project and your expectations.
2️⃣ Proposal
Following the scoping step, I will explain how do I propose to fulfill the project goal. It will consist of which softwares I recommend to use and how workflow operation will look like when the solution is installed and set-up.
3️⃣ Implementation & Automation
Upon your feedback and adjustment of the proposal, I will implement the whole process. It will consist of the installation of the tools and their setup, customization of each tool, automation of workflows and processes. At the end of this phase, we will be able to run tests.
4️⃣ Confirmation & Delivery
Based on the tests we ran at the last step, I will tweak and run iterations until the new system run perfectly.
