I am a Multimedia and Information Technology graduate with 5 years of marketing and technology expertise. Digital and social media marketing, basic graphic design and video editing, web development, computer troubleshooting, and software development are all areas in which I have worked.

Today, I'm seeking a career as a Virtual Assistant in the freelancing sector. To familiarize myself with this job, I participated in Virtual Assistant training.

In previous jobs, I've shared marketing content on social media pages on a daily basis, implemented social media strategy, set up company pages within each social media platform, responded customer queries and messages on the company's social media sites, monitored website performance and troubleshooted issues as they emerged, and implemented website changes and functional improvements.

Aside from the aforementioned experiences, I can also perform administrative work such as internet research, data entry via Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Calendar management, and setting appointments with internal/external clients via email.

In addition, I have basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
