I am BS Management graduate. I have 6 years of experience in the BPO industry. 2 years as a Data Analyst and 4 years as an Email & Chat Support Advisor.
In my 6 years experience in two BPO companies, I learned to be reliable, responsible, trustworthy and flexible person to any job assignments. I can do multi-tasking in a very busy environment but still able to manage delivering the right output to customers.
