Work Terms
Terms of Work
1. Scope of Services
We will provide social media management services as outlined in the agreed proposal, including but not limited to:
Social media strategy development
Content creation and posting
Audience engagement and community management
Analytics and reporting
Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately.
2. Timeline & Deliverables
Services will commence on agreed date and will be delivered on an ongoing monthly basis.
Content calendars will be delivered monthly
Reporting will be provided on a monthly basis.
Any delays from the client in providing necessary approvals or content may result in changes to the timeline.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide necessary access to social media accounts and any relevant branding assets (logos, photos, etc.).
Approve content and strategies in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Communicate any changes in goals or objectives as early as possible to ensure alignment.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront on a monthly basis.
Any additional services outside the agreed package will be billed separately.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, login credentials, financial information, and business strategies. Confidentiality will remain in place even after the termination of this agreement.
