I have a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Management which laid the foundation for my career. Over the years, I’ve worked with organizations like the Fish Levy Trust Fund and RiverRose Wine Distributors, where I’ve been able to blend my organizational skills with a readiness for streamlining processes. From policy development to everyday office management, I’ve always enjoyed making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
I take great satisfaction in my exceptional organization and efficiency, which allows me to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Whether it’s managing schedules, handling sensitive documents, or keeping track of financial records, I always strive to ensure everything is in order. I’m comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and I also have experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems that I used to manage stock and sales during my time at RiverRose. Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EAT). I am flexible with my hours depending on project needs and deadlines.
Payment Terms: I prefer hourly payments or milestone-based through secure platforms. I expect timely payment upon the completion of each milestone or project stage.
Preferred Communication Style: I value open, clear, and consistent communication. My preferred communication methods include Zoom or Skype. I am also available for regular check-ins or updates as needed to ensure project alignment and success.
