Work Terms

1. Hours of Work:
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Ukraine, Kiev time).
- Time Zone: EET, GMT+2.
- Response Time: I typically respond to messages within 24 hours during my working hours.

2. Payment Terms:
- Prepayment Required: I work on a prepayment basis to ensure commitment and smooth workflow.
- Hourly Rate/Fixed Price: Flexible pricing based on project scope and requirements.
- Payment Methods: Payments accepted via [Guru SafePay, Payoneer, bank transfer].

3. Preferred Communication Style:
- Primary Communication: I prefer communicating through Guru's messaging platform, but I’m also available via email.
- Meetings: I am available for virtual meetings via Zoom, Google Meet. Please schedule meetings at least 48 hours in advance.
- Project Updates: Regular updates provided through weekly reports or as agreed upon.

4. Confidentiality:
- I maintain strict confidentiality for all projects and communications, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Contract Termination:
- Either party may terminate the contract with 3 days notice. All completed work up to the termination date will be invoiced and paid as per the agreement.
