Work Terms

🔹 Scope of Work
All services will be clearly outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.

🔹 Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary based on complexity. Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days. Rush services may be available upon request for an additional fee.

🔹 Revisions
Includes up to two rounds of revisions per project. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

🔹 Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin work.

Remaining 50% due upon final delivery.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon platforms.

🔹 Confidentiality
All client data and documents are treated as strictly confidential. NDAs can be signed upon request.

🔹 File Delivery
Final deliverables will be shared in Excel (.xlsx) format. If macros or automation are included, files will be tested for functionality before delivery.

🔹 Support
Post-delivery support is available for 7 days to fix any errors or issues related to the original scope. Extended support or training sessions can be arranged at an hourly rate.
