RESEARCH QUALIFICATION : Obtained PhD in Economics from Dibrugarh University in 2016 for the Ph D Thesis “Post Liberal Policies and Programmes in the Social Sector: A Study of the Health Sector in North Eastern India”.

1) Has written a number of academic articles in two Sage Encyclopedias. Another is currently under consideration.
2) Has authored more than thirty book chapters in various topics in Economics and ODL.
3) Has presented a number of papers in Regional, National and Internationals Conferences.
