Work Terms

Hours of Operation :
I work flexible hours and can adjust my schedule to align with your timezone.
Availability: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 7 PM IST), with occasional weekend support for urgent tasks.

Payment Terms :
For fixed-price projects:
30% upfront deposit upon agreement.
40% upon completion of the first milestone.
30% upon final delivery and client approval.
For hourly projects: Weekly invoicing via secure payment platforms like PayPal, Razorpay, or bank transfer.

Preferred Communication Style :
Gmail for formal communication and project documentation.
WhatsApp for quick updates and daily check-ins.
Video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) for brainstorming sessions and progress reviews.

Project Scope and Deliverables :
A clear scope of work will be defined before starting any project.
Any changes to the scope will require a formal change request and may impact timelines and pricing.

Revisions and Support :
Two rounds of revisions are included in the project cost. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Post-delivery support is available for bug fixes and minor enhancements within 30 days of project completion.

Confidentiality :
All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential.

Cancellation Policy :
If the project is canceled mid-way, payment will be adjusted based on the completed work up to that point.
