My Story: A Journey of Design and Passion
With over 22 years of experience in the ever-evolving world of graphic design, my journey has been one of continuous learning, creative exploration, and unwavering commitment to excellence. From the early days of sketching with pencils to mastering the latest digital tools, my passion for design has been the driving force behind every project I undertake.

Work Experience
My career began in the late '90s, a time when design was transitioning from traditional methods to digital platforms. Personal Anecdotes

Seeing the positive impact that the new brand identity had on the organization's visibility and community engagement was incredibly rewarding. It reminded me of the power of design to make a difference.
Another noteworthy experience was designing the album cover for a friend's indie band. The process was deeply personal, as it involved capturing the essence of their music and translating it into a visual form. The joy and pride on their faces when they saw the final design are moments I cherish.

Work Terms

Work Terms for Graphic Design Services
Hours of Operation Monday to Friday: 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday: 10:00AM-2:00PM
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
I am available during these hours for consultations, project discussions, and general inquiries. I aim to respond to all communications within 24 hours during business days.

Payment Terms
Project-based Pricing: For most projects, I offer a fixed price based on the scope and complexity of the work. A detailed quote will be provided after an initial consultation.
Hourly Rate: For ongoing or retainer work, my rate is $[Your Hourly Rate] per hour. Time tracking and detailed invoices will be provided.
Payment Schedule:
Initial Deposit: 50% of the total project fee is due upon signing the contract.
Milestone Payments: Depending on the project, additional payments may be required at key milestones (e.g., completion of the first draft, final approval).
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files.

Email: Primary mode of communication for project updates, feedback, and deliverables. This ensures a clear and documented trail of our discussions and agreements.
Video Calls: For initial consultations, detailed project discussions, and major milestones. I find that face-to-face interactions help clarify complex ideas and foster better collaboration.
Phone Calls: For urgent matters or quick clarifications. Please schedule calls in advance when possible.
Project Management Tools: For larger projects, I use tools like Trello, Asana, or Basecamp to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and progress.
