I am a banker with over 12 years of experience with a large foreign bank in India. I was last in a regional role with them. I have handled a team size as large as 131 members and am hence well versed with hiring , mentoring and training methodologies. These were means to an end, the core activity being that of profit and loss account management. Numbers come easily to me and I can draw a link between the qualitative and quantitate aspects of a business extremely well.
