I am looking for U.S. Real Estate Mortgage/Data Entry jobs to provide better service to our client. I have been associated with real estate mortgage industry for last 4 years. I have already worked for our U.S. client in my previous company. There were various types of project.

Work Experience:

I have worked on like Mortgage Loan Processing (Lien Release, Assignment Preparation, Assignment Verification Report, Audit and document indexing).

Title Search Services - Performing various services under this category: Services like Current Owner Searches as per requirement, Full Title History Report, Delinquent Tax Searches, Foreclosure Searches, Lien Searches, and Data Research for Real Estate Agents & Real Estate Investor.

Real Estate Title Examiners: Examination of public records(county recorder) to determine and confirm a property legal ownership, determine outstanding mortgages, liens, judgments, property restrictions and easements, inputting all findings into a title report.
