Believing in the power of knowledge I have spent the years after completing my engineering gathering knowledge in different areas. I have worked in a variety of profiles and teams and I have found that my interest lies in managing knowledge and platforms, that help clients achieve their business goals. I have managed large and small projects related to platform backend set-up, adoption and improvements, based on user feedback. My mentor was an ORM specialist from the early days and I learned a lot about customer perception and the significance of the online space for a Brand.

People have commented that my voice is deep, rich and soothing, ideal for voice-overs and reading examples, such as audio books or even radio work and in AV documentry.

My biggest achievement lies in the fact that as the eldest son in my family I have done my duty to help settle my younger siblings. I have also recently achieved another longstanding dream of riding my bike on a long route drive, across India’s borders. I also consider it an achievement to have worked my entire career with International Clients with direct interactions, where I have always been appreciated for keeping customer experience at the forefront of all my recommendations and suggestions.
