I am a german professional with two degrees (Management Assistant for Insurance and Finance and Paramedic). I was born and raised in Germany and moved to the United States of America about 4 years ago. I am currently in college to achieve my bachelor in busines administration. I possess over 7 years’ experience in administrative and operations support in the medical, health insurance and customer service fields. I am experienced in a wide variety of office skills and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
My experience in management assistance for Insurance and Finance focused on customer service and leading administrative processes and procedures for the office. I had the chance to train new employees, work on customer problem assessment and problem solving and managing the day to day functions of the office. I am currently working as a virtual assistant/translator for a german company.
In addition to my education and work experience, I also offer an understanding of different cultures. I have lived in multiple places throughout the world and am able to proficiently speak both English and German.
