Tenacious: I have unwavering tenacity for things that I truly believe in or know that I would be a great fit for, even if the other party doesn’t know it yet. I know this trait would be a plus for the team when I demonstrate it in solving customer issues and building a strong support system.
Passionate: I am hands down a customer service guru; I’m a diehard fan of outstanding customer service! I find myself going places whether socially or professionally and evaluating their customer service techniques. If I find something that I like, I make note to add it to my customer happiness file to use in the future.
Experience: I have over 14 years experience in various customer service roles. This ranges from customer support at a hospital; trainer; business owner; customer/social media support at a startup; freelancer; 911 operator / dispatcher. I have years of experience in network marketing with building and training a team of over 500+ members, as well as creating training materials & videos.
Researcher: I never stop learning! I stay sharp by staying updated with all things customer service. I religiously visit blogs/podcast that provides customer service ideas and resources for SaaS businesses. I use the following main sites as a reference: Zapier, Buffer, Supportops, Groove. I also have many resources that I continuously add to my Pocket app daily.
Empathetic: I find myself being empathetic in various areas of my life. I believe that's why I'm able to excel in the customer service field. I naturally imagine myself in the other persons shoes, this has allowed me to portray genuine concern for others. This gift allows me to create amazing customer service experiences, once a customers issue touches my hands it becomes my personal challenge to remedy.
