I just finished a training that is hosted by DICT (Department of Information and Communication Technology) regarding Social Media Management and Advertising. I also am very much willing to go on more trainings that will further hone my skills and knowledge. This training taught me a lot on how to raise brand awareness on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok and the likes. They also taught me on social chatbot for customer support.
