Hi all I am Bikash from Noida, India.I have 4+ years experience in customer service.I started working with British Telecom as a Technical Analysts. Also I had worked with Adobe Systems as a Senior Technical Support Adviser. During that time I had started working as a freelancer. I had worked with Appen.com as a Transcriber. I always wanted to become a freelancer but there was not enough opportunities for me. I never wanted to go office and work under peer pressure. I never wanted a job where there was no fixed shift. But due to some unavoidable reasons I had to spent 4+ years doing job in rotational shifts.

I want to do work as per my convenient. But I am really committed towards my work and promise. I always try to give best what other expects from me.I always try to deliver services in time.
I am pursuing my Post Graduation from Alliance B School.
Yay !!! Lets talk about hobbies now, I love watching YouTube Videos. I love to travel in hilly areas.But it has been a long time I have not taken any tour because I was completely busy at my full time work like going office in rotational shifts etc.
Hopefully if I become a part here then I believe I will be my own boss and there will be time for me for my holiday.
I assure you that any work which will be allotted to me as a freelancer, I will try my best to fulfill the work within the time frame with accuracy as I am really exciting because I am going to be a part of this world.

I can work 90-120 hours in a month depending upon the work I get.
