• Payment Terms: Secure payments through Guru.com’s SafePay. Project-based or milestone payments are preferred.
• Revisions & Edits: Includes a set number of revisions based on project scope to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Turnaround Time: Delivery time depends on project complexity, typically 2-5 business days for standard designs. Urgent requests can be accommodated with prior agreement.
• Preferred Communication: Guru.com messaging for all project discussions.
• File Formats & Delivery: Final files are provided in high-quality JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD, based on client requirements.
