Project Manager with experience of marketing & PR, venue & event management, aviation & helicopters

I have extensive experience of management within large scale, high profile projects. I have managed venues hosting conferences, exhibitions, dinners and concerts; the venues including a 1200 seat conference centre, a 12,000 seat arena and a large scale visitor attraction. I have organised conferences, exhibitions and dinners, press launches and hosted TV & radio broadcasts.
I have also worked in the aviation industry, in both operational and commercial roles, organising helicopter charters, pleasure flights, sightseeing flights, corporate events and flight training.
In my spare time I am an accomplished public speaker, having written and delivered speeches on a wide variety of subjects.
In all my roles I have marketed by services through advertising, websites, social media, exhibitions, presentations and networking.
As a freelancer I have organised conferences and events, written articles for publication, managed press and PR campaigns and provided operational project management support.

Work Terms

I am available to work at any time, subject to any commitments with other clients. I will invoice on satisfactory completion of a task. For ongoing projects I will invoice on a monthly basis, with payment required within 7 days. For new clients or larger projects I may request a deposit of up to 50%. Payment to be made in GBP (£). Communication may be by telephone, email or Skype. For local clients I will be happy to travel to discuss projects in person.
