Hello! I'm Bilqees, an experienced Interior Designer and Architect with over 10 years of diverse experience designing meaningful spaces for real people - wherever they are. I specialize in Virtual Interior Design for homes and offices, combining creative flair with functionality, culture, and soul.

My approach blends modern Wabi Sabi principles with cultural influences, and industrial aesthetics, creating spaces that feel grounded, personal, and alive. Whether you’re renovating, building, or simply refreshing your space, I help you design with purpose, story, and identity in mind.

Work Terms

📬 Preferred Method of Communication
I communicate primarily via Guru messages for clarity and documentation.
Video calls, via Zoom are available for onboarding and key project milestones.
If needed, I’m open to using Telegram for quick updates.

⏰ Hours of Operation
I work flexibly throughout the week:
Monday - Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT)

I respond to messages within 2 to 8 hours, depending on the time zone. This allows for natural delays due to rest and prep time, but ensures that clients receive timely and attentive responses regardless of location.

💵 Payment Terms
- Fixed-price projects: Milestone payments will be set in advance.
- Hourly projects: Tracked and billed through Guru’s WorkRoom.
- All payments are securely processed through Guru’s SafePay system.

📁 Project Delivery
All deliverables are shared digitally and may include:
- Mood boards, space plans, furniture layouts, 2D drawings
- 3D visualizations (if applicable)
- Design specifications, product links, and setup guides

Common file formats include PDF, JPEG, PNG, DWG, and PLN

In the case of revisions or delays in feedback, please note that any additional revisions requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges. If there are delays in providing feedback, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly, and I will do my best to keep things moving smoothly. Timely communication ensures we stay on track and meet deadlines.
