Professional Experience
Senior Accountant – Aujan Group Holding (Tunaev Showroom) (5/2016 – Present).
Chief Accountant – Future Systems Co. (5/2008 – 4/2016) .
Chartered Auditor – Al Bayouk Chartered Accountants (2/2007 – 5/2008) .
Responsibilities :
• Heading finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control .
• Coordinating in the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account, Bills Discounting and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and financial institutions.
• Opening letter of credit for inland and foreign party, bank guarantee and controlling all financial credit facilities with different banks .
• Responsible for remittance of foreign currency for import advance & other expenses like traveling, advertising and project imports .
• Responsible for the day to day management of financial issues including general ledger transactions, financial and capital accounting, income, credit control, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and different statutory accounts and audit .
• Managing and approving Monthly Payroll report and all the financial transactions related to employees .
• Ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements ?of the Business Unit.
• Develop and maintain a cash management program to ensure an adequate working capital and ?return on cash balances addressing the investment needs.
• Responsible for managing all relationships with other divisions, banks and auditors.
