* Provide the Training to Power Electronics Engineer. Training includes the Design of Fly-back Converter, Forward Converter, Half Bridge Converter, Full Bridge Converter, Resonant Converter, Power Transformer Design, Current Transformer Design, PCB Layout Training, Inverter.

* Design the Power Electronics product like UPS, Electronic Ballast, Static Transfer Switch, Hybrid Electric Vehicle, AC Loco Converter.

* Project Management experience in the field of power electronics product.

* Lead the engineering team of hardware function and cross functional team.

* Mentor the hardware team to achieve the organization goal.

* Participating in internal audit of ISO 9001 - 2008.

* Participating the review process of design activity [DFMEA, WCA, Schematic, PCB layout, Quality goals].
