I am an licensed Attorney and CPA . I have a Masters in Business with a specialization in Finance. I have an undergraduate degree in Accounting.

My firm assist our clients virtual administrative, accounting, bookkeeping and legal services. We have incorporated over 100 companies and assisted over 2,000 clients with our other services including bookkeeping, administrative support, contracts and agreements, business plans, business purchases and sales, websites terms & conditions and policies & procedures.

As founder of the firm, I have over 25 years of business, financial and legal experience. I have setup accounting systems, budgets and forecasts. I have participated in taking private companies public, the sale and acquisition of business, prepared reports for the SEC and conducted strategic business reviews.
