Brenda did not like the idea that people had to prove themselves before we really sent lots of calls to then, thus allowing them to qualify for the bonus. She has recently started to prove herself so I believe she will be much happier in a short time. She just did not tell us of her concern until we asked. We always prefer people tell us any problems or concerns they have when they start.
