Up and coming Web Developer/Designer looking for any kind of experience/work.

I am currently active duty Air Force and have be active for almost 8 years. I haven't really ventured anywhere outside as far as career goes other than my current job in the military. I am however very passionate about learning and becoming a Web Developer/Designer. I am teaching myself currently but always looking for ways of learning more in any way possible. I want experience and opportunities to be able to learn and apply what I know.

Not concerned about payments at this point just because I feel I am NO where near the skill set needed in order to charge people.
