il. I had to do everything by post, as I was not connected to the internet, at that time. Eventually optimism turned to pessimism, hope to despair. My book was consigned to the shelf, where for the next 5 years, it gathered dust. It also dampened my desire to write anything, ever again. Without the publishing know-how of Black Bay, it would have remained a dream. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Not only are they totally professional but they are also dedicated and hard working. From the very start of the self-publishing process I was aware of their competence, understanding and ability to navigate through a world, which to me is just a technological maze.
