Blagovet worked on a project for my company that involved taking Excel Macros written to work in a Windows environment and revising them to work on both a Windows and a Mac environment. He did an excellent job, often taking the time to do work that was beyond the original scope and without nickel and diming my company. Felt so appreciative of his efforts that I compensated him, without his asking, 25% more than the originally agreed upon price. He does excellent work.
