I have over 7 years experience in developing custom Work Management Solutions in many different industries using the QuickBase platform. I started as a QuickBase customer, building solutions for the financial services and telecom services industries. After 2 years, I took a position with QuickBase, first as a subject matter expert with their sales team and then with their technical support team. I spent a total of close to 4 years with QuickBase, with my last position acting as the defacto Internal trainer, support liaison to the 30+ businesses that were part of the official Solution Provider (partner) program, Tier 2 client support/ Tier 1 mentor, and technical support contact for many internal Intuit teams. I was also responsible for working with the largest QuickBase clients to review their application design for suggested performance enhancements.

I left QuickBase in December, 2014 to start DataBlender and become an official QuickBase Solution Provider.

Work Terms

Based in the Eastern Time Zone, I am available typically between 9am and 6pm Eastern. Payment terms vary, but I typically offer these options:

1) Standard billing is done weekly, with invoices being sent on Monday for the previous week's work. A $10/hr discount is offered to clients who keep a credit card on file.

2) Pre-payment of 20 or 40 hours which are then good for 6 months. These blocks are discounted from the base rate

3) Travel rates are available and are typically 125% of the standard rate. Travel expenses would be covered by the client.
