Administrative Assistant | Data Entry Specialist | Document Reformatting | Providing operations support to business owners for 6+ years
I am an administrative assistant with 5+ years of experience providing support to business owners and operation managers. My role is to help business owners and managers make the most effective use of their time. I do this by managing all their schedule alongside administrative and office management efficiently.
My most recent position involved a great number of administrative tasks such as making research, creating presentations, and scheduling meetings. I helped business owners manage their meetings (both virtual and onsite), create and prepare meeting presentations, take minutes of meetings, transcribe meeting recordings, and schedule and manage their calendars. I have scheduled and managed over 200 meetings across the African and American continents and also prepared over 100 presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
My key strengths are my organization and communication skills which allow me to excel in administrative roles. As an administrative assistant, it is imperative that I maintain high levels of organization and communication to ensure the smooth running of my schedule.
