Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
My working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT). During these times, I’m fully available to handle all your tasks, manage your schedule, and ensure smooth communication. If you need assistance outside these hours for urgent tasks or special projects, I can accommodate requests with advance notice. Weekend availability can also be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms:
For projects and ongoing services, I prefer payments to be handled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis through agreed-upon platform. I provide a detailed invoice at the end of each billing cycle to ensure transparency. For fixed-price projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion of the project. For hourly-based work, all time logged is tracked and can be reviewed at any time to ensure accuracy. I also appreciate payment to be completed within five business days of receiving the invoice.
Preferred Communication:
Effective communication is key to our successful collaboration. I am available via Slack, or WhatsApp for day-to-day communication, and I typically respond within two hours during working hours. For virtual meetings or video calls, I use Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, depending on your preference. I recommend scheduling calls in advance to ensure we have dedicated time to discuss project updates or address any concerns.
My goal is to keep communication seamless and transparent, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to your satisfaction. If you have a preferred method of communication not mentioned, I’m happy to adapt!
