Spent 20 years working with over 1000 Dental and Veterinary practices. Most of my consulting was done either in person or over the phone. Live communication going over real problems has been rewarding for myself and my clients. Prior to my consulting, I owned my own business. That is where I learned the basics for building any business. I have found practice management to be most rewarding because most of the owners want to spend more energy practicing their profession and less worry and dealing with the day-to-day problems of running the practice which is exactly what I help them solve.

Work Terms

Data collection or fact finding is completed with an analysis. This will determine the work terms which will be included in the proposal. I do not charge for the original data collection and analysis.
