Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT). Work outside these hours may incur additional fees.
2. Payment Terms:
- Fees: $30to $80 per hour, based on the work’s complexity. The rate will be agreed upon beforehand. Additional costs will be communicated in advance.
- Deposit: 30% required to begin. Remaining balance due upon delivery or within 15 days of invoice.
- Invoices: Issued upon milestones or project completion. Payment due within 15 days. Methods: bank transfer, PayPal. Late payments incur a 5% fee.
3. Preferred Communication Terms:
