My journey in the professional world has been a blend of persistence, growth, and a deep commitment to excellence. I began my career in debt collection, working as a Third-Party Recovery Officer at Brolink, where I developed foundational skills in communication, negotiation, and compliance. Over time, I advanced into leadership roles such as Debt Collection Manager and eventually Head of Debt Collection at Phello Attorneys. These positions honed my ability to lead teams, implement efficient collection strategies, and navigate complex regulatory environments, all while maintaining positive client relationships.

One of my proudest accomplishments was transforming underperforming departments into high-achieving teams. By providing training and mentorship, fostering a culture of accountability, and using data-driven strategies, I consistently exceeded targets. At Phello Attorneys, I implemented processes that significantly reduced outstanding balances, all while maintaining ethical practices and strict adherence to regulations.

In addition to my expertise in debt recovery, I had the privilege of managing customer service operations at South Point Student Accommodations. Here, I oversaw a diverse team, ensuring that students received exceptional service and that housing operations were efficient and well-coordinated. My ability to balance operational challenges with a customer-focused mindset was instrumental in my success.

My values are deeply rooted in integrity, continuous learning, and leadership. I believe in leading by example and empowering others to reach their full potential. Whether it's resolving a difficult customer situation or mentoring a team member, I approach every challenge with empathy and determination.
