I'm an On-Demand Deal & Strategy Advisor & Kellogg MBA with over 20 years of transaction, strategy consulting and broad industry experience. Since 2014, I've executed over 70 M&A, real estate and corporate strategy engagements across industries for entrepreneurial, Private Equity & VC-backed and global companies. I conduct fact-based analysis and deliver objective, actionable insights to help address my clients' most critical, complex and time-sensitive financial and strategic business issues.
I spend about 75% of his time building assumptions-driven, financial & valuation models and crafting investor-ready, deal materials for M&A, real estate and capital-raise transactions. The remainder of my work is focused on conducting primary & secondary research market studies and transaction due diligence in support of his clients' transactions.
Work Terms
I don't require a lot of handholding. I do value maintaining a highly collaborative work relationship with all my clients to understand project context upfront and get timely feedback, so the project proceeds on schedule and the work gets done right.
