Operation Terms of The ACOM Digital
Working Hours:
We operate Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST).
Our team is available for communication during these hours and will respond to inquiries, project updates, and support requests within 24 hours.
Preferred Communication Style:
Primary Communication Channels: Email is our preferred method for detailed discussions, project updates, and documentation. For quick questions or urgent matters, we are accessible via phone and instant messaging platforms like Slack.
Meetings: We conduct regular check-ins and meetings via Zoom or Google Meet. These should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability and adequate preparation.
Project Management: We use tools such as Asana or Trello to manage tasks, track progress, and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Payment Terms:
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before the start of any project.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Payment details will be provided upon invoice issuance.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued at the start and completion of the project. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Late Payments: A late fee of 5% may be applied to any outstanding balances beyond the payment due date.
