Why me?
Quality work.
Extremely Reliable.
Great Communication!
Website development in my passion, my hobby and my work. So that's why I love to match it with the passion of others, and make their ideas, and businesses a reality on the web.
I work in stages to break up the project. This makes it a simple, and quick process! At the end of every stage I will provide deliverables of the progress, and thinking behind each piece of development. This allows you to review and tweak where necessary so I can continue the project in your vision. The four stages I work in are:
The planning stage:
- Requirements Analysis - Interview and ask questions for in depth analysis of the project.
- Project Proposal - Project summary to state scope of work, timeline, payment information etc.
- Contracts - Review and agree upon terms and conditions of the project and pricing.
The Design Stage:
- Client research
- User research
- Competitor research
- Sketches and mockups
- Review and Approval - Meeting or email to review progress with explanation of features, and design choice. Review and edit design for production.
Development Stage:
- HTML - Page layout
- CSS - Design process
- JavaScript - interactivity
- PHP - Dynamics
- Responsive Design - Make it responsive to platform: mobile, tablet, desktop.
- Web Optimization - Optimize files and code for sufficient performance budget.
- Test functionality - Use testing tools.
- Review and Approval
Pre-Launch Stage:
- Clean up - Edit based on client request.
- Browser and platform testing.
- Implement SEO and SEO tools.
- Review and launch

Work Terms
I prefer skype for communication. I want to have fluent conversations on what you are thinking. When researching your project I really want to get to know you. This is often difficult over email. Of course as an alternative email is always an option.
I often use freshbooks.com for invoicing. At the end of every stage I will send an invoice and require payment in return for the stage deliverables. This way the cost is split up over the course of the project.
I use contracts to protect myself and to protect you during a project. I enjoy using Shake Law because it produces quick, easy contracts that are easy to agree to and share. We can go over the contract together to make sure it fits both of us well.
Any costs outside of the scope of work will be added to the project cost. For example if you want me to purchase a specific plugin for your WordPress website, I will add it to the next invoice.
Feel free to discuss and ask about any of these work terms prior to the beginning of the project.
