Work Terms

🟢 Various Engagement Models:-

⓵ 1. Fix Cost & Timeline: Suggested for small & medium-sized projects with clear and well-defined scope of work, where you will be provided with a fixed price and deliverable timeline.

⓶ Time & Material: Recommended for the small and medium-sized projects, where the scope of work keeps on changing or we need to update the app version and add new feature/ functionality to it. In such a case, we will bill you for the hours that have been utilized by individual resources.

⓷ Hire Dedicated Resources: It is recommended for enterprise projects where we need to work in a quick turnaround timeline without compromising the quality of end-solution. Additionally, you will be able to select your team member and interview personally.


🟢 Payment Terms:-
I am flexible on payment terms as per client expectations. However, let me share a general payment milestone structure with you for your quick reference.

⓵ Project below $5k:
- 50% Upfront Down Payment (Start with a project)
- 50% on Completion (Before delivery of source code and all IT rights)

⓶ Project between $5k to $10k:
- 30% Upfront (Start with a project)
- 40% Milestone
- 30% on Completion (Before delivery of source code and all IT rights)

⓷ Project over $10k:
- 20% Upfront of total project cost (Start with a project)
- 10% On Completion of Designs
- 20% On Completion of 30%
- 20% On Completion of 50%
- 20% On Completion of 80%
- 10% On Completion of 100%


Developing a good rapport, and regular communication is very important to me and should be to you as well. It ensures the project is completed to the specific guidelines required.
