My main focus is in fiction, and science fiction writing. Though I am also good at short stories, and making information sound interesting to all audiences.
Through a better part of the beginning of my life I had no interest in reading nor writing. It wasn't until Third grade that I had shown an interest in reading. Had one of the highest percentages in the school in reading that year. In Forth and Fifth grade I had an amazing teacher. Her expertise in teaching young talents had taught me many things. One of which was that perfection is one of the best, yet one of the worst traits in not just in writing. But in life.
In sixth grade my Language Arts teacher was an elderly man with a sparkling personality. His kindhearted nature and wisdom had taught me respect. With that respect I was able to see an entirely different view on writing itself. And I've used this since then, it's become an important attribute.
In seventh grade my teacher was more strict. It was time to take writing, along with life seriously. Her seriousness in writing had inspired me greatly. I had learned many professional techniques in writing. She had also taught me kindness. Something extremely useful in the life to come.
My writing had improved so greatly that I decided to enter in our schools writing contest. The prize was to win a lunch with an Oregon Author. This years author happened to be Heather Vogel Frederick. I had never heard of her until that contest, though her writing is incredible. I was one a very few students to be chosen to have this lunch with her.
More questions filled our mouths then our food, as we craned for more information on writing. In the middle of our lunch our entries were handed back to us. Heather had wrote "Great work Brandy! Keep Writing!" on mine. And I did. As the lunch came to an end we all received a signed copy of one of her books. I had chosen The Voyage of Patience Goodspeed. A great novel indeed. Along with her signature she wrote, "Fresh winds and Fair Skies to Brandy!" ~Heather Vogel Frederick.
From these four great teachers and Authors I had learned wisdom. Something gained only in time. ~Brandy Osteen
Work Terms
When it comes to time I have it. Online writing is my specialty, and school wont be as much as a problem cause I do online public school. It takes up less time, and can be done 24/7. My times for operation are wide ranged, and can be arranged more specifically later on. The best terms for payment is for a check to be sent to my address. Communication is easiest through email, though at home phone calls can easily be arranged. I may be young in body, though that doesn't mean a thing compared to age a mind and heart. At the moment I am flexible in most cases. Updated information will be displayed later.
