I am detailed oriented and always goal driven!
I started working at Subway as my first job and moved up into a management role; where I processed payroll, trained new staffing members, and worked long days. I than got offered another job as a lawn care companies receptionist, my main duties were, customer service, entering service calls, sending email, creating invoices, working independently on assigned task, and answering phones. Later, I got promoted as their head of Accounts Receivable Manager. I created their whole system from aging day 31-120. I created past due statements, typed out past due letter for customer, made personal collections calls, created invoices, added debits/credits to customers account, worked out payment arrangements, process the companies deposits and verified their month end with a bank reconciliation. I moved to Tennessee and started working at Subway again where I quickly joined their field consultant position and traveled to different subways to verify the franchisees were adhering to corporate policies, as a field consultant I drew up profit and cost analysis to generate more income from the franchises.
Work Terms
I currently work 8 a. to 5 pm Monday through Friday, however, I have a great work ethic and am available after 5 pm and/or Saturday and Sunday! I would prefer to be contacted via email first.
