Brendan was the only freelancer who responded to my project with... a nearly completed project! So, rather than send me a proposal he just sent me a functioning demo of what I specified I wanted. That's initiative! His rate was also very reasonable and I found him very pleasant and easy to work with. Will use again. Highly recommended.
