Economic and workforce development have been the key areas of my focus for the past decade. I have been engaged with projects that have brought over 300 new jobs to a region of 185,000. Guiding employers in their workforce efforts has given me the opportunity to recognize that economic development and workforce development go together like a hand in a glove. This has also enabled me to look in to the varied operations of many businesses and identifying issues that ultimately impact both of these development activities. Analyzing these various activities has enabled me to use my knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through my years of experience enhanced by completing Idaho's Certified Public Manager program along with earning my M.B.A. through Boise State University.

Work Terms

I work at all hours of the day. I prefer to communicate initially via email followed up by phone conversations to clarify and ensure that both parties understand the terms of the project, milestones to be achieved, and time frames for both parties to complete their respective project activities.
