Work Terms
The time required to complete all services represent a good faith estimate by PPC, based on a preliminary evaluation of Customer’s needs and will not exceed the total amount of hours and rates agreed upon. If it appears that the estimated fees will be exceeded, PPC will notify Customer and the parties will set forth new fee estimates in writing before undertaking any additional work. The services described do not include any pre-approved reimbursable expenses such as travel, mileage, meals, and other expenses, which will be billed at actual cost and included separately on each invoice.PPC will invoice the Customer on a bi-monthly basis on the first (1st) and fifteenth (15th) of each month and payments are due upon receipt.
