Copyright and Ownership:

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights and copyright to the website design and content.
I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio and promotional materials.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation or negotiation.
If mediation fails, any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of the client.

Termination Clause:

Either party can terminate the project with a written notice of 14 days.
In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for the work completed up to that point.
