Work Terms
Standard hours are 8am-5pm MT, extra work hours available upon agreement.
Expectation is work will be completed offsite, as 'remote' work, but arrangements for onsite work can be made for clients in the Denver area, including an agreement for payment of travel costs.
Standard terms are for a good faith electronic deposit of one full day (8 hours) of wages in order to start work.
At the end of each work week, I send an invoice for hours worked.
If there is a dispute with the invoice, the expectation is that you will raise the issue within five business days.
For agreed invoices, Electronic payment is expected within one week of the date of the invoice.
Work order or agreement is to make the distinction on type of contract- a or b:
a). agreed deliverables and an estimate of hours of effort to produce them. We will agree on approval points, or milestones, within the schedule.
b) the type of services (role) to be performed and an estimate of the duration. In this case, once the project starts work will continue on an hourly basis until the total estimated hours have been worked or you provide notice of intent to stop the project.
