Hi, I'm Brian Mbatha, a passionate civil and structural engineer with 6 years of experience in the industry. From a young age, I was fascinated by the structures around me—bridges, buildings, and roads that form the backbone of our communities. This fascination drove me to pursue a career in engineering, where I could combine my love for problem-solving with my desire to create lasting, impactful structures.
My Journey
My journey in civil and structural engineering began with a solid educational foundation, which I further honed through various internships and projects during my university years. Upon graduating, I was fortunate to work with some of the most respected firms in the industry. These experiences allowed me to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential buildings to large commercial complexes and infrastructural developments.

ii)Conduct Construction Estimations: Provided accurate construction estimates and takeoffs, helping clients manage their budgets effectively.
iii)Draft and Design: Created detailed technical drawings and BIM models that bring concepts to life and enhance project visualization.
iv)Perform Structural Analysis and Design: Conducted rigorous structural analysis and design, ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant codes.
v)Deliver Quantities Takeoff: Prepared precise quantities takeoff, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.

Personal Anecdote
One of the most memorable projects I've worked on was the renovation of an old community center in my hometown. This project was special to me because it was a place where I spent a lot of my childhood. Seeing it deteriorate over the years was disheartening. Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Local Time)
Sunday: Closed

Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Project Starting Rate:$25 (for initial consultation and project setup)
Payment Methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer
Invoicing: Invoices will be sent bi-weekly or upon project completion, whichever comes first.
Payment Schedule: Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance.
