Bridget Donahue is a doctoral student specializing in FinTech and financial inclusion, committed to advancing gender equity in finance through technology-driven initiatives. With over 30 years of management consulting experience in international development and financial services, she focuses on strategy, operations, project management, business process analysis, corporate training, and leadership consulting.
Her doctoral research aims to bridge service delivery gaps by enhancing digital and financial literacy among women, designing inclusive products, fostering gender diversity in the fintech workforce, and advocating for supportive policies and regulations.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Bridget finds joy in parenting her two children and pursuing active hobbies like cycling and downhill skiing. She nurtures a passion for exploring diverse languages and cultures, having traveled to over 30 countries. An avid cook and music enthusiast, she plays the flute, piano, and guitar at an introductory level. Gardening and home renovation also bring her fulfillment.
Work Terms
Work Terms: Available for full-time consulting engagements. Open to part-time or project-based opportunities based on mutual agreement.
Hours of Operation: Flexible scheduling, available for meetings and communications between 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
Preferred Communication Style: I prefer initial contact via e-mail with follow-up discussions via scheduled phone calls or video conferences. I strive to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
