Her career started in the SEO & Paid Search field, quickly transitioning into digital marketing and advertising. Spending five years at Kroger in their digital department as well as working for various agencies throughout Cincinnati and virtually supporting Clients with their brand strategy, acquisition, and sales initiatives.
Her work experience includes, but not limited to:
-Leading and managing development and execution of go to market strategies to support brand strategy through integrated marketing campaigns.
-Supervising account teams.
-Creating and executing Retail Media promotional plans.
-Building Client’s marketing & advertising plans.
-Writing creative briefs overseeing production of campaigns and creative output.
Being apart of the industry layoffs that started in 2023, Kisha decided to embrace her entrepreneurial spirit and opened Brighter Day Consulting Service, LLC offering her broad industry experience as a professional Independent Freelancer.
