Work Terms

I like to start off on a positive foot. Communication is paramount, although I am very flexible with work hours and have multiple ways by which you can compensate me, due to past experiences, I ask that we agree on terms upfront, in writing. After we decide the direction and terms by which the project is to proceed, I will provide a summarized contract for both of our records. I will then invoice weekly or biweekly, depending upon our agreement, giving ample time for compensation. As I stated, I am very flexible, but please do not mistake my flexibility for weakness. As I would expect you do not want to be taken advantage of, I expect the same. It is only fair that I get compensated for the services I provide, and ask that if there are difficulties regarding fulfilling our financial agreement, please just communicate them to me as soon as they arise.
