A graduate student and caffeine enthusiast with a passion for writing, illustration, and the imagination.
Before I was accepted into college at the age of fifteen, I was the youngest member of a construction crew. I proudly donned my hot pink, steel-toed construction boots and matching pink overalls, and set about keeping the site clean, bringing my fellow workers drinks, and hauling concrete.
It's a testament to the pliability of adolescence that I went directly from construction work to pursuing a Liberal Arts degree in illustration, which I immersed myself in with even more exuberance and vigor.
Thanks to this hard work, and an insane amount of good fortune, I was accepted into graduate school at the age of nineteen, and have already had the privilege of working with bestselling authors, such as Ann Hood, Sheila Weller, Andre Dubus III, and more. I have also written and illustrated three novels.
I live and work as a freelance author and illustrator in Rhode Island, where I can typically be found drinking my local coffee shops.
Work Terms
For both art and writing commissions, I typically charge fifteen dollars per hour. However, it varies, depending on the project.
